Tiny Insects Ate My Brain

I came down with Lyme Disease recently. I'm feeling much better, but one remaining issue/symptom is some lingering, mild memory problems. For instance: right now I have the word "Car" written on my hand in pen, which apparently was supposed to be some kind of reminder to myself.

Super! But what does it mean? Your guess is as good as mine. Could that be: front axle about to spontaneously detach from car? Live chicken in backseat of car? Left car parked in path of tomorrow's oncoming train?
